The Shrine Messenger is now a bi-monthly newsletter which covers interesting articles
about the latest events that have taken place and includes items on Marian devotion.
It is distributed to all parish churches in Gibraltar.
The Messenger has been in print
for nearly 50 years without missing a single issue to date. Indeed, much has been
printed since then, and so much still remains to be said.

OUR LADY OF EUROPE FEAST DAY IN LOURDES
His Lordship the Bishop and a group of members of the Confraternity of Our Lady of Europe recently travelled to Lourdes to participate in the establishment of Feast of Our Lady of Europe at our sister Shrine in Lourdes. The replica statue of Our Lady of Europe was carried in procession to the main altar of the underground basilica at Lourdes for the International Mass. This will now take place there annually on 5 May.
